1 Introduction & Consent
This document forms a legally binding agreement between the organization operating the 754bd platform and any user of this site. The terms "754bd", "we", "our", or "platform" refer to the operating organization; the terms "user", "you", or "player" refer to any person registered on or visiting the site.
By accessing this website, creating an account, or using any service, you are fully agreeing to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using this site.
754bd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified through the platform in the case of significant changes. Continued use of the site after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
2 Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Limit and Eligibility Requirements
To open an account and use services at 754bd, users must meet the following conditions:
- Must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
- Must have the legal capacity to use such services.
- Must operate only one account in their own name — multiple accounts by the same person are strictly prohibited.
- Must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration.
- Must not operate an account on behalf of or as a representative of another person.
2.2 Identity Verification
754bd reserves the right to verify a user's identity, age, and the accuracy of their information at any time. Failure to provide the required documents for verification may result in the account being temporarily suspended. Providing false information will result in permanent account closure, and any remaining balance may be forfeited.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are fully accountable for all activity conducted from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify 754bd support immediately.
3 Financial Transactions
3.1 Deposits
The following Mobile Financial Services (MFS) may be used to deposit funds at 754bd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits by any method other than these will not be accepted. (Rocket is the mobile wallet of Dutch-Bangla Bank.)
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (two hundred taka) — for each method.
- If a deposited amount is not reflected in your account, contact us immediately via live chat.
- Deposited funds are only accepted from a method registered under the account owner's identity.
- Deposits from accounts operated under a third party's name will not be accepted and will be returned.
3.2 Withdrawals
The same methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) apply for withdrawing winnings. Withdrawal processing generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000 (one thousand taka).
- Account verification must be completed before requesting a withdrawal.
- Withdrawals may be held if any active bonus wagering requirements on the account have not been met.
- Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
4 Bonuses & Wagering Requirements
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users are eligible to receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The bonus will be credited automatically, but the specified wagering requirements must be met before it can be withdrawn.
For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000
- Deposit ৳12,000 → Bonus ৳5,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳17,000
4.2 Wagering Requirements
To make the bonus withdrawable, you must wager 25 times (25x) the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.
For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- An account may not claim more than one welcome bonus.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after meeting the wagering requirements will be withdrawable.
- 754bd reserves the right to cancel a bonus if any unusual betting pattern is detected.
- In the event of any dispute regarding promotional offers, the decision of 754bd will be considered final.
- Bonus terms are subject to change — the terms published on the platform at the time of an active promotion will always apply.
4.4 VIP Program
754bd has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
You can advance to a higher tier through regular and active participation. VIP benefits are subject to change, and 754bd reserves the right to modify the terms at any time.
5 Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities
5.1 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:
- Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
- Placing artificial or unusual bets with the intent to abuse bonuses.
- Using automation software, bots, or any unauthorized technology.
- Sharing or selling account credentials with others.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or gain unauthorized access to the system.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Harassing or attempting to defraud other players.
- Registering with a false or fake identity.
5.2 Account Suspension and Closure Policy
In the event of a violation of the above rules, 754bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. Any winnings or bonuses obtained through rule violations will be considered void and will not be withdrawable.
5.3 System Errors and Technical Issues
754bd is not obligated to pay out balances, bonuses, or winnings that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error or software issue. The platform retains full rights to correct such errors.
6 Intellectual Property & Privacy
6.1 Intellectual Property
All content on the 754bd platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is protected under the intellectual property rights of the operating organization. This content may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes in any way without our prior written permission.

7 Responsible Gaming & Liability

8.2 Dispute Resolution Process
After a complaint is submitted, 754bd will endeavor to provide a resolution within a reasonable time. If there is a disagreement on any matter, a formal request for review may be submitted. 754bd's review decision will be considered final unless both parties mutually agree to another arrangement.
8.3 Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming guidelines together form the complete agreement between the user and 754bd. If any provision of this document is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in effect.
